Thank you for your interest in receiving a scholarship to attend the Anti-Trafficking Alliance Conference. Please fill out the application by January 30th to be considered.

Payment Information

Payment by credit card is due at the time of registration.
If you would like to submit payment by any other method (check**, bank transfer, or purchase order), you may do so, but your registration will not be marked complete until payment is received.
**Postmarked: If paying by check, you can avoid an increase in registration price by mailing your payment on or before the registration cutoff date listed.

When submitting payment, please include the complete names of all attendees so that your payment is properly applied to your invoice. Checks must be in US dollars and should be made payable to Safe House Project and mailed to:

Refunds & Cancellations
Pre-Conference Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be issued for the Conference registration. However, substitutions will be allowed up until March 1, 2025.
Full payment is due whether you are paid or unpaid at the time of cancellation. Unpaid registrants who cancel will be billed for the amount due.

Substitutions:
To help avoid the loss of a registration fee, you may substitute another person in your place at no charge until March 1, 2025.

Emergency / Extenuating Circumstances
Safe House Project recognizes that emergency / extenuating circumstances may arise that result in you being unable to attend the Anti-trafficking Alliance Conference for which you are registered.
If your situation qualifies as an emergency/extenuating circumstance, such as the death of an immediate family member, an emergency medical condition, or an unforeseeable government situation, you may petition for a refund. This process does not guarantee a refund will be granted but that it will be reviewed and determined on an individual basis. If the request is approved, a $150 processing fee will be deducted from the total registration amount refunded.
